So I took the car to the body shop. The manager of the shop took a look at the car. He said my rear passenger quarter panel is bowed outward a bit. He said he won't really know the extent of the damage until he pulls it apart.
I also found out that the fucker who hit me never reported the accident to the insurance company. That's why they said they needed to investigate. So I took the liberty of calling his insurance and reporting it for him. The trooper gave us both a copy of driver information. I should be getting another call at the end of the day from another appraiser.
I got a rental. Its a hyundai elantra. Nearly brand new. 1600 miles on it. Slow as balls, but its nicer than I expected. Will update when I hear more.

Most likely because he just wants a comfortable daily driver.

Its actually a wedding present for my wife.. the SRT will remain the daily driver for me..
We did need a bigger car though. I wanted to get 300 SRT8, but she didnt want to drive a V8. she fell in love with the Murano when we drove it. Very smoothe and has descent pick up with the 3.5 v6. I love the way it sounds.. Might throw an exhaust and some 22s on it.

Mmmm 3.5. One of the best sounding V6's out there. A slight drop and some 19's wouldn't be bad.

The day of my wedding, I noticed I was getting a bit of surge during blow off. didnt really think nothing of it. During the drive to florida, It gradually got worse. It got to the point where the Type S didnt open until 10psi and then closed imediately after. So i figured the valve is shot.
Also, my worst nightmare, my ds window stopped working. I'm mildly clostrophobic (sp), so I had to deal with my window not going down all the way to florida and back.
I noticed that when I touched the wires while pressing the switch, the window would work. Eventually it has stopped. So i need this fixed..

Update:
The car is not totaled. The body shop called me this morning. He asked if I wanted a oem wing. I said that mine was sold and not involved in the accident. He said its ok. I can still have one if I wanted. So yes I'm getting a free spoiler.. not sure when the car will be done, but no more than 2 weeks I hope. The shop said once all the parts are in it should only be a few days to fix. I believe they already did the frame work. So putting it back together and paint shouldn't take long.

Update:
The body shop called me again. He said he was having a hard time finding used body parts. He had to get all the parts new from the dealer. He had to pay 630 bucks for a new rear bumper cover at dodge. He said if it wasn't for the parts, my car would have been done. So he gave me an estimate for next Wednesday. And no spoiler now. Sucks but its all good.

630 for a SRT rear fascia!?!?

Glad you don't have to pay for it. Thats awesome news that its not totaled. Still sucks you have to wait forever to get the car back. Not one cent is coming out of your pocket since it was the other persons fault correct?
