But yes, I do agree. It could have been worse. As far as hiring someone to sit outside of your car at night... I'm game. Instead of a shotgun though, I choose a machete :)

Actually, that is one of the first things I said when I saw it. It looks kinda badass haha. It'd be awesome if I could have a broken window look on all the glass, then rust the hood out, etc. But, I very much so enjoy the use of my windows.

I don't have THAT shitty of luck with cars really. Shit like this is just the downfall of having a "nice" car and "nice" things. People want them so they try to just take them. Just means I have to take more preventative steps so this shit doesn't happen again… like, you know, finally getting a gun and a concealed carriers license. Or just a baseball bat…

Anyways, no one fucked with the car last night. I slept with the windows open and a blunt object near me as a just in case. Glass doctor should be out later today to fix the shit and afterwards I'll get to the tint.

Just another day.

Even though it sucks, it does look pretty! Yeah, the break point is in a little too convenient of a position to be a bb. Best of luck getting her fixed man.

Hey look, $179 later and the windows fixed:

It cost a bit more because they came out here while I was at work and fixed the window. Now for the tint...

Make sure they got all of the glass out of the door, it's almost impossible to do the first time and it inevitably ends up everywhere. For months to come little random shards of glass will show up in your interior even though you think you got it all. Been through it twice already with my car and once with a friends....little rascals.

Glad its fixed :)

I'll give it a good cleaning the day I re-wrap my door panels, whenever that may be.

Noticed that the glass isn't OEM and is a little wavy. Hope when I tint it it becomes a bit less noticeable, but if not oh well. Speaking of tint, called up Total Image to find out their business hours... Yea, they close at five mon-thur and aren't open on the weekends. Just another reminder as to WHY I hate having a 9-5 job so much.

Someone want to drive my car to the tint shop?

Thank you sir.

Asanti, I felt if I were to do participant stickers I needed honorary stickers because there were over 10 non-2GNs there.

If you want too, I'm more than willing to hand you the keys and my credit card. I know you're nice to your SRT and the box isn't worth beating on.

haha yeah, I'd have to be trading you for the srt for a few hours :\ scary!! If that were to happen, I would seriously make you be on watch. I HATE leaving my car with someone else.. lol [even though I know you'd never do anything to it lol]

text me where you work so I can mapquest it or give me a number where I can reach you at while your at work. and where the tint place your going to is and I'll plan accordingly.

License Plate Mounts

So what's next, eh?

The aftermarket glass is all wavy and annoys me so I called up glass doctor about getting a replacement and I wont hear about that until monday. After it's taken care of, Liz is taking my box to get the windows darker all around. Probably drop the fonts from 32% to 20% and add the same tint over the factory colored 35% windows to darken it up a bit. Either that or just have the passenger window tint matched to 32%.... haven't decided.

After that, and when the credit card is cleared off (again) I'm getting some beauty rings, and painting the steelies to "dress them up." I was going to paint my hubcaps, but meh I'm lazy and that's a lot of sanding.

Interior needs 4 pieces painted white to help tie in with the white and black leather. The feet to my rack need re-powder coated... just need to find someone to do it on the cheap.

When I find the money, my spare set of headlights are getting sent to Crystalmarie to get retrofitted and color matched. That's my last expensive thing to do to the car.

30k maintenance is coming up soon, and it calls for an air filter replacement. After much discussion and debating, I'll be getting a Fujita SRI instead to hopefully improve gas milage even more. It's the only engine mod I'll do. Eventually I'm getting a bigger exhaust tip to fill in the ear more, but that's just looks.

Once that's all done, I'm rocking the car till it's paid off. I'll switch out the coils to stock suspension for the winter and come spring maybe drop the box another inch or two. I haven't scraped yet and that bothers me

There will be no new wheels for it in the future unless I come across one ballar ass deal or I actually own the car. I've spent $3,629 in aftermarket parts for the car already ($4,252 if you include maintenance) so I think that's plenty for now.

So, "stage one" is god damn well done already. Hopefully I actually hit my goal this year and I can spend next rockin' it and paying the loan down.
