Erebuni rear lip is on woot woot

Post by NeonNick925 » Tue Jun 15, 2010 9:50 pm

This is the ressurection of my 2000 Plymouth Neon. Its a base model 3 speed auto. It has a fully built 3 speed(Howell Automotive High Performance kit)

The car developed an electrical problem back in 2006.Since then it has sat in the backyard. I had slowly stripped parts off the car to use on my 2005. In the process i managed to leave the motor open & exposed to the elements. I had planned on doin an SRT swap, but time & money never seemed to line up.

HybridSrt-2001(Sean "The Man" Gozzi) has agreed to take on the monumental task of swapping out the stock 2.0L mill for a Magnum Motor

I'll update this as often as i can to show the progress. So far, he has had the car for less then 48 hours & already has it lookin like a Neon again

All credit DEF goes to Sean for bustin his knuckles & gettin everything in order. I didn't get a chance 2 stop by his spot yesterday but the old motor is already out & the mag motor is mock'd up ready 2 drop in. Sean snapped some pics of that being done so when I get those I'll post um up. The interior of the car is stripped right now,has driver seat, dash & center console. The Wheels will be swapped out for 15inch steelies as soon as money comes availible for tires =)

Awesome that it's running again though!
