Or if you have the cash, BC coilovers. $900-$1k shipped.
I would recommend just getting the Tokico HP setup. 1.4 front and rear. Nice noticeable drop. Plus you will have great struts and a nice ride. I have ran em and I loved them on my 01. No one could believe it ran so smooth for a lowered car.

Looks alright.

IMO, get some black high temp paint and paint the body of the muffler.

RT exhaust looks much better!
IMO 1.4 drop is not enough on this car maybe a nice 2.0 overall drop will make it look nicer. Springs as Megan Racing I uses and the high spring rate will make the stock struts last much longer and ride very smooth and very reasonable price too.

Thank you ESfan so those will work on stock struts... also im think on getting a CAI and MSD ingition coil should i bother?

You are very welcome.

It will make the stock struts last longer doesn't mean the stock struts will last as long as not lowered. The life will be shortened in some degree for sure. Those are some really nice sets of springs for a relatively much cheaper price.

For the MSD ignition coil as long as your stock coil is running strong there's no reason to get a one unless you want a spare coil in your trunk. CAI is most likely only for the sound and tiny horsepower increase. Drop in a high flow filter will almost do the same thing.

so pretty much just looks and pointless money spending?

Not sure if you are talking about springs, coil or CAI...

If the car is lowered it will look 10 times better than the stock 4 by 4 looking. Some springs claim that they will increase the stability on cornering due to the lowering of gravitational center (as is learned in physics class that's for sure, nonsense). And you will be happy looking at your car (for the money lol) as me since it looks much better. There is a very detailed how-to change your springs written by OB if you don't want to spend additional money installation: Link

Coil is a not-necessary unless your stock one worn out. IMO the only upgrade of a MSD coil is it's RED. Watch out for your plugs and wires instead since they have manufacture recommended change interval. (60k for wires and depends on the material inside the plugs).

Ebay CAI are pretty cheap (around $30-40 eBay Link) but they don't carry CARB exemption order which may trouble you if you live in California. Those brand name CAIs are most likely the same as those Ebay ones. Sounds great but if you are talking about HP increase, just 1-2hp if no additional mods.

So glad to see you went with the R/T not the SRT rear. I cannot stand when people put the SRT on a base Neon.
