Go with whatever you want most, so you do it right the first time. :) Or....put blue pearl in the black.

In this case if there are a lot of bubbles under the molding, I'd rather put the side molding back on. If it's just faded or color differences you can just "tan" it under the sun and it will go eventually.

:) If this is a poll, I vote for Electric Blue Pearlcoat. It seems to enhance the Neon's contours, and it contrasts nicely with the "air slots" in the 2000-01 front bumper.
The openings kind of disappear on a black car.

You take some great pictures, I just don't like the car. If you lower it, maybe trade for some OEM wheels or 16's of some sort, and get foglights? It'll look pretty bangin

I guess someone actually tried that already, and the answer is NO.

BTW for a 00 just keep it simple and clean and that will be it. If you are thinking of bumper, an R/T one or a 02 with civic lip or Kaminari will look nice but I'll say stick with 00.

It should, but you'll have to change headlights. Why do you think it won't, ESFan?

You do have to swap out the washer fluid bottles or melt the stock one to fit the bumper.

I forgot who but I remember one guy with a red 00 tried to fit a blue SRT4 bumper onto it and the gap between the hood and bumper is too big, and he had to cut the headlight fitment on the bumper in order to put it on (I might be wrong). That's probably the reason. Correct me if wrong but that's what I know.

EDIT: Found his project thread: viewtopic.php?t=33579&postdays=0&postor ... er&start=0
However, it has not been updated since long times ago.

You have to use the 03+ headlights for it to fit, plus the bumper to hood gap is HUGE, but it does physically fit still.

You can easily see he's trying to use the 00-02 headlights with that bumper hence the cutting.

But, as long as you use the 03+ headlights and change the washer bottle, it will fit without any problem except your hood being too short and looking dumb.

I wonder if OP is going to do a SRT-4 bumper swap, he can actually just do a SRT-4 appearance swap as well (hood, bumper, headlight), so the car will look like an srt but it's an 00. Though I won't say that's a good idea without the engine.

Or this: 00 headlight on SRT-4?

see that is what i want but idk i might just stick with lowering it and then wait till buy a nicer car, or i might go with the 02 bumper anyone have pictures?
