The new numbers go 16, 18, and 20. I doubt you'd run the 16, 18, or 20 without more compression. The 14 even likes compression nearing 11:1. My old car ran a 004 which is like a 007/16 and it didn't have enough compression at 10.3:1.

Although a 14 at stock compression would be great for nitrous.
im going with a dohc bottom end, and then a big crane cam ( the one chad has) tuned on ms with a 50 shot
Chad and mine's cam has too much lift for stock style pistons. More info here: LINK HERE

The 14 or the 16/007 cam will work good if you use a dohc block and mill your head about .030", that'll put compression about 10.7:1, you'll also need MS because that cam will want to see atleast 8K rpm's.

Yeah, parking is the only time that its really any harder for me. Love the extra road feedback in the steering wheel though. I think the green looks pretty cool in there. Are you going to paint the tranny eventually too?

Purchase and install new stainless exhaust
Replace pass side axle
sand/undercoat the car
give the car a good cleaning ( once again )
Pc and install my new wheels
purchase mopar adjustable control arms
make some sort of block off to cover the trunk area

More to come soon. Hope it will be ready for carlisle, Id really like to dyno my car there for shits and giggles

when i dyno it, it will be running on 114 octane

has alot of other misc stuff too.

EDIT: check my garage for all the stuff i have. Theres probably some missing but thats most of it .

I'm going to guess you'd see 150 crank max. No way in hell you're getting anywhere near 175 wheel.

Why would you do that? You might as well take that extra money you will spend on the gas and throw it out the window. Or give it to me.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

my buddies dad plays with dragsters and he taught me how to make it.

it cost about 10$ on top of whatever it cost to fill your tank

Adding an octane booster to your tank isn't the same as running 114 octane.

Well, that's good and all, but you are still going to waste the $10.00 and get no benefit from it other than dumping un-burnt fuel into your cat (if you are running one).

You car is designed and programed to burn 87 octane fuel. Anything higher than that is a complete waste of money with the mods that you have done. Raise compression (a lot) and run a standalone computer and then you can take advantage of higher octane.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...
