anybody know what cfm radiator cooling fan i need or can get away with? i dont have a/c, p/s, or a heater core, and its a thick aluminum radiator so cooling shouldnt be an issue.

i have a full size radiator from a 1gn. i just bought it at summit because the port on top makes it sit away from the intake manifold.

I need to run a pusher fan because my piping, the way its being run, there absolutly no room.

yeah ill post new pictures here in a few minutes. I need to figure out what cfm radiator fan i need still. I'd like to run a single 8" pusher fan.

i also need to figure out what kind of fuel rail to use. Perrin is appearently a bunch of uneducated dumbasses because i bought one of their srt fuel rails and made my own brackets to mount it to a dohc intake mani. Long story short, the 1/2" npt fittings ( feed and return) when threaded into where they need to be, they block injectors #1 and #4...

Call me crazy, but i think its stupid when its run under the car. Plus you have to take off one of the engine to transmission braces which im kind of skeptical about. If you look at most turbo'd 2gn's that run the piping like srts, on most of them you can see the piping underneath the car from 10ft back. Also, im not a fan of how close you actually have to get it to sit to the axle to clear everything.

If you cars low enough you wont see it. I think running it that way is going to take away from how clean your engine bay is. The factory designed it to run that way down and you can bolt it to the oil pan. your going to have a even longer pipe to reach that opposite endtank on the innercooler which reduces spool.. What crash bar brace is that you make it?

but its your car do what you want

Is that an exhaust clamp on your boost pipe without a silicone coupler?

My car isn't low at all. You can see everything underneath of it. All of the intercooler piping is going to be tigged and powdercoated black, Si I really think that'll add to the cleanliness of the bay. I'm also not worried about spool time considering its has dual solenoids for nitrous. One of which is 150 shot and the other is an intercooler sprayer. The crash bar is a b woody brace that I had to modify a little to fit.
sidepipe87 wrote:Is that an exhaust clamp on your boost pipe without a silicone coupler?
No Ryan its not. It's special welding clamps I bought for mocking up piping. Basically all they are is band clamps with holes in them so you can tack them in place.

Like you said srt tps is different than the neon tps, the connector is different also, then the ect. Connector is bigger and the sohc ect is too long to put in the lower waterneck. The damn tb blade doesn't fit with the nv350 without bieng shaved down. I'm affraid to go any further in fear that something else won't fit right...the only thing keeping me going is I just really want to be a part of the small crowd with 2.0 dohc in the ngc and I really wanna feel the s259 spool!

why doesnt the tb blade fit ?

Wait till you mock up the exhaust, wastegate dump, and intercooler piping. Thats honestly the worst

my ic piping is already mounted thank god, and i received the wrong dp so ill get there eventually, and the dump pipe i got a generic 90* bend and im just gonna make my own flex hose dump similar to the agp silencer setup. my only saving grace is that i work at a dodge dealership so i save SOME money on parts.

o2 Housing all tacked in place and ready to be welded. I went with the dump going into the exhaust so i could go with a larger i.d o2 housing.

Never let anyone tell you that you can't. The only reason why people say that, is because someone told them they can't and they listened.

you and black r/t are like the only 2 that actually comment lol.

lets just say, i got the radiator mounted using 2 oem passenger side radiator brackets. It looks oem.

Also, on december 9th, my school is sending me 5 hours away for some more training through kia. So, the good thing about this, is my piping should be getting welded up there during my stay.

Question for a question.

Daily driven or weekend warrior?

Either answer should answer your own question/poll.
If the parts car is cleaner rust wise than your car, swap the inner dash panels (VIN) and use the parts car with your title.
But don't street race..!!??
