This is currently what the trunk looks like. its all soldered and run to the front. The sensor wiring is also soldered on.
Tomorrow after work, i plan on cutting this mount up and making it just have the box part instead of the whole useless bracket. I also believe that by doing that, i will weaken the mount. So im going to be doing some cutting and welding tomorrow to strengthen it up after i cut it. I also am welding a small bracket to the old battery mount, where you currently see the paint marker marks. It will come straight up off the mount, and mount pretty much like it looks in the picture.

Yesterday when i got off work it was like christmas on my door step

2.4lbs of powder! One of them is superdurable black which is supposed to be stronger than regular powdercoat, and the other is black bronze which is supposed to look rediculous because you can see different colors in different types of light.
