Glad it didn't take out your car! Yours are very, very nice, and I'd probably run through the forest with a flamethrower wildly attempting to kill all living deer . Considered the idea over my R/T.

It's official, they came and picked her up. Just waiting to hear more from the insurance company, apparently they haven't totaled it yet. They're actually going to look at it.. waste of time, I'm sure a whole new hood and windshield would run more than what they consider the car worth. Plus finding a way to clean the interior to where it doesn't smell and is totally disinfected, clean of glass and blood..

I meant roof, not hood, but roof, windshield, and interior. They may have advanced to have power cleaners that could completely disinfect something like this so they wouldn't have to replace it but I doubt it.

It's totaled. Any time a roof is required it makes a Neon a total loss.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Damn, so sorry to hear about your accident! No pictures of the carnage? Did you have good coverage on it? I hope so and hope you get a good chunk of change so you can go R/T shopping again!

I am sorry to hear about your loss, please also send condolences to the Deers Family... and hopefully your not too horrified by the way the deer decided to end it, very in considerate of him, as for the car? you can always start with a new shell around what sounded like a reliable Drivetrain.

remember the fun times with Hyperion... and remember it could always be worse... my first car was a 86 Escort station wagon that only ran terribly...that is until it caught on fire, and burnt to the ground.

Deer are funny. My younger brother was just sitting at a light when a deer crossed the road diagonally and galloped directly over his car, front left to right rear, caved in the roof and front fender, hood and hatch in his old Honda. Totaled it and he never moved!

Is it just me or the hood/bumper gap look funny?

Maybe it's just the pictures...

You do a car fax on it?

If you give me the VIN I can run an autocheck on it for you.

I have an auto check for it, and I noticed that too.. but I didn't notice it in person, so I'm not sure. I do know the CAI is rubbing a little bit against the hood because its up a little high, but I poked around a little bit and it seems like that can be fixed. Having my dad look at it Monday

ETA; VIN is 1B3ES66S25D202898
