Okay so here a couple weeks ago I sold my 95 neon with a srt4 Turbo and picked up a 2000 4dr automatic. The wife doesn't like manual and I wanted a cruizer dd. So I decided what to use my spare Hahn Turbo kit on. And a bunch of collected parts.

Mods are as follows:

Hahn race craft Turbo kit with s16g Turbo
2 1/2 inch dp into 3inch stainless srt exhaust
Bfmic
36lb injectors
Turbo smart v port bov
Crane 12 cam
Adjustable cam gear
Aem fic
6-8 psi as it is untuned at the moment.

The suspension is gold line springs on kyb struts, wheels are
Plasti dip white. Car has 180k exactly. Runs like a champ! Show some purple skittle love and automatic lol.

its an r/t bumper. the lip really helps hide the lower portion of the intercooler.

because the intercooler pushes on it. if i keep hacking it out it will look worse imo. im trying to keep the center opening of the bumper to look as factory as possible. i hated getting rid of the two bars that ran down the middle.

Lmao well it looks like pure butthole. Move some things around / adjust to make it fit. I've seen it fit much nicer on that bumper.

Stock intercooler anyway.

I'm sourcing parts for a 03-05 conversion.... I prefer that front end.

So what your saying is it is not tight butthole!
And that in fact it is complete loose butthole! :rofl:

Okay today I went and had dyno time.. mustang loaded dyno I made 182whp and 201wtq.. it made 14 psi all the way past 6k.. afr were 11.8 I think for 180k this motor and transmission are troopers. Also this car is automatic I'd say I would have seen over 200whp if it were 5speed.

I'm unhappy with the numbers... we had issues with it trying to down shift when trying to make runs in third. So I unhooked the cable going to the throttle body. It helped but I also had lockup disabled. Graham the guy who owns the dyno said he thinks it would have made more if lockup was used. We reved past 6k but it always fell off around 5400 and the power leveled out.

Okay so I have some good and bad news... good news is my dads neon is back together.... with the auto trans from this one.... bad news I toasted the motor due to the trans wouldn't downshift on the highway.... the motor was loaded with over 24 psi... and boom!!!!! trans was torn down and found some damaged planetary and the teeth on 3rd clutches were missing. Now its rebuilt and in my dads car.... the woman is gonna learn manual now.... onto the pictures....

Well new engine is together and ready... transfer is also ready and I had time to fill two mounts. Here are the pics.
