The implication of what has been said is that you are doing something no one else is doing. And what do people do with that kind of information....

Sell it.

I'm just saying tread lightly.

if anything's going to be sold it's going to be sold for modern performance so anybody can go there and purchase it I'm opening the discussion to find out what kind of options people would like to have for a custom ECU

That sounds great. I hope to see this open up. I hope you can see why I was skeptical based on the first set of posts in this thread.

I understand I already have the first in eons 97 to 99 are really slick calibration ready for those and I'm working on putting together a few other options for the first gen and I'm looking to move into the 2nd Gen I've sent to ECU use to modern performance already to test for the first gen so I'll be anxious to hopefully hear back from them next week that lets get this thread started

Definitely interested for my 2001. It's an auto but it will be cammed this year and I have a Mopar exhaust on it. I would like more performance out of the computer, maybe a more aggressive fuel and spark curves.

Read project logs and engine management questions, if you want to know what this forum is doing with their cars

Also, your "concise" answers won't help you attract much positive attention.

Personally, I know nothing about tuning, and like it that way. Most people will swap to magnum parts and want an ECU to help change that fuel curve or whatever. AKA work as an R/T ECU.

Won't be an issue? You have an issue. I'll give you an issue. Post correctly. Don't sell things. Leave.

Welcome to 2gn.

Most of us still run the SOHC since we don't have much of an option, tuning wise, to do anything else. Do you have solid results on tuning NGC?!

Are you trying to be a funny guy or a dick? Which NGC are you talking about the 2.0 or 2.4? Considering that no one has the ability top flash the 96-2002 factory ecu's besides me, I wouldn't be such and ass otherwise I will just move on to another project. I was asked to crack these ecu's and don't need to. I can move on to my other projects if EVERYONE would prefer. LMK :beatstick:

Fixed and it definitely didn't work well.

Sorry you didn't like what I posted. I see a new guy with practically no posts claiming he is cracking computers that haven't been before. That raises flags with me. He explained what's going on and it's all good now. Part of the issue was how brief the posts were. More detail off the bat and none of this would have even come up.

Like I said, it's all good now.

I'll be the dick then.

Post up some results of the tuning you've done or can do. Stock and modified. You say 95-02, so where are the 2.0 NGC computers being cracked?

Don't just drop the typical salesman "anything you want, just tell me" but that is unproven BS. So far the only thing you've said is you've gotten into them, not that you've actually tuned it. Which means if we say "can you do this?" You'll say "yes I can" simply because you see that in part of your code.

Well, that's wrong. Make crazy changes and tuning stuff to ECUs of all flavors. Not everything may work, you'll probably run into issues with changing some things and not others, and vise versa.

Do some research and development (outside of this crap question you've asked). Become a vender. Post up dyno sheets, altered code, exact changes you CAN change to work and will warrant. Give specific details. THEN I'm going to be sold, as well as everyone else here who's butthole will clench when you hit us with your monopolistic price, and make an effort to get you money for your product.

Come on man. I wasn't stabbing right at you. I just don't think there is a need to jump on a new poster just because of what you think is going on.

:beatstick:

Its like your grandma walking through the door saying "Whoooo wants brownies?!" Only to rush up to her to find out she only has the ingredients, not a solid product. Are you going to tell her to leave or ask her to not come around anymore?

Adam, he is not planning to sell them direct, he is hoping MPX will like the results enough to handle the sales part for him. So the vendor would be Modern, not him. In the link I posted, he explains his reasons....

If MPX is impressed enough to handle the ordering/sales then I think it will be a solid product.

I'm sure their lawyers will handle any issues far better than forum members VS a vendor. In a way, this is a better deal for both sides.

Geezus, 2GN, why are you all acting like a bunch of whiny assholes? Okay, not ALL of you, but a few of you, joking or otherwise, are putting this dude through the gauntlet. One of our admins fielded it first, politely asking enough questions to verify who this guy is. None of the rest of you are junior anything. Let Frank do his damn job. Sheesh.

This guy is obviously legit. Is it his fault that none of you were aware of the other thread on the other org? Only half his fault, and he was pretty good about providing links and evidence once he realized he was among a pack of vicious wolves here. The OTHER half of the blame is on YOU for just not knowing what is going on.

I thought we were years beyond the old days of FLAME ON reactions... srsly.

*sigh*

I'm just glad that he seems like a decent guy and didn't get pissed, because he has a lot to offer us all.
