Need the Part # for the PCV Breather Hose for a PT Cruiser

Under Crankcase ventilation: Figure 2.4L-910
1 4777971AA ECC, EDZ HOSE, Make Up Air
2 4777240AD EDZ VALVE, PCV
3 6502017 EDZ CLAMP, Hose
4 4884246AA EDZ HOSE, Polution Control Valve
5 4884040AA ECC, EDZ RESTRICTOR, PCV

Item 4 is from the valve to the IM
Item 5 connects to item 1

In the air cleaner tab Figure 14-810, and not pictured:
4884406AA ECC, EDZ HOSE, Make Up Air, Air Cleaner To Head

You would need to check with your parts person to verify which is correct, if you're not sure.
