Tranny solenoid pack 03+. Number and price. Do I need a gasket or something else with it?

Part #5140429AA....MSRP $204.00 (that's off memory...dealer connect was being funky tonight, but I'll double check that in the morning)

ANY dealer in the country should have it in stock since it fits every 41TE type trans.

And it cames with the base gasket...no other parts needed

The original one's are junk but the latest revision seems to hold up better AFAIK...

What do you mean? The one that is in now is about a year and a half old and about half a year ago it started to give me shifting troubles.
