Part Number Request: Shifter Cable

I'm looking for the one pictured, the one that connects to the passenger side of the shifter.

Also, if anyone has a How To, that'd be a big help, thanks.

Wow, missed this. You have to replace them as a pair.

IIRC, a few ppl have threaded the metal shaft and installed rod ends onto it. A much cheaper solution.
