the officer cut 50mph off, but they probably did it if what the guy said is true, that he got pulled over by an off duty.

off duty cops ftl....they should stay home and drink there and sleep it off. not go harrassing people that do nothing wrong. but thats not the case in this video i guess

Also, if something happens to them while they're off duty and they try to help with a situation, and gets hurt...its not the departments fault.
