Sohc 293.5 whp stock bottom end!!!
Went to Fj performance where matt "nitehawk" works and had my car dyno'd.
The first video is 10psi, very rich, clutch slipping from 3k all the way up, and letting off at 6k.
With that being said, i still put down 275 whp and 252 wtq.
The second video, which matt stalls the car in LOL, is the same thing.. Slipping clutch 3k up to 7200, very rich, etc.. that run was 293.5 whp and 262 wtq on the stock bottom end!!
Still lots of room for improvment.. I hope to go back in the spring and Hold a damn near impossible record to beat of 350whp on stock bottom end!

It was actually " oh man, matt" hahaha. And my car for some reason its a pain in the ass to drive with the pt clutch. I think i got a weird one lol . Yes btw, i do dd it. 1 seat, gutted, 5 point, etc.. i get some cool looksUriahRR wrote:"Oh man bad" lololol when he stalls it.
Still can't believe numbers like this are healthy on the SOHC motor. Do you have a totally built and cammed top end at least? Daily driver?
lol
And no sir, upgrades are as follows:
3" o2 housing
3" catless downpipe
mitsubishi 20g
hahn manifold
amm intake manifold
agp solid motor mounts
custom filled frame rail motor mount and tranny mount
ps/as delete
megasquirt
comp 400 cam
magnum springs
3:94 trans
pt clutch
30k motor ( stock)
hks ssqv v3 bov
60mm throttle body
mpx udp
chillfactory bfmic
aeromotive 1:1
Spoolboy modded canister with return line
walbro 255
granetelli coil pack
granetelli plug wires
moroso spiral flow muffler
theres more, but i dont remember. haha
whats funny is it actually still has stupid good holding power. I have no slippage whatsoever until like 7psi then my clutch gets pissed at me for having a mitsubishi turbo on a dodgeLilSparkPlug wrote:Your clutch hates you. Bigtime. LOL What is that shop in an unfinished garage or something?
That shop is " fj performance" they have a facebook. Matt aka nitehawk works there. From what ive seen, i think its a fairly new establishment. That room in which the dyno is in, is where the have only the dyno and computer. everything else is in the other room.
PS. i have still been updating my log, just not here. If anybody is interested let me know and ill send a link over.

This part made me . Take it to a mustang dyno or a properly loaded Dyno Jet and see what your numbers would be. Non-loaded dynos are great ego boostersXxWhiteNeonxX wrote:I just asked matt, he said "Dynojet non-loaded cell"LilSparkPlug wrote:Mine holds on the street but slips on the loaded dyno.
