yeah but good $$$$$$$$$$ if you figured out how to do it. I am sure it was a geeky white kid who figured out the wheels could hold the lights like those things you get from Discovery Channel store just right and could hold the picture at any speed so you really wouldn't have to worry about that. But that is only my 2 sense

I'm sure it's just a small projector mounted behind your wheel... Extremely gay, if you ask me... And it'd only work with huge wheels with either a lot of spokes or a lot of metal with small slits in them like that SUV had.
