Part Number Request: Front License Plate Holder

oh all knowing and powerful PN gods of the 2ng.org, lend me your skills.

now that that's over. im possibly moving out of PA to IL. that would require me to get a front license plate. i don't have the stock holder.

could i get the PN for a 00 front bumper.

does that also come with the hardware?

because at the local JY theirs one but its kinda broken but still kinda workable. i just wanted to get the price of one.

or if that not viable just bend up some brackets and mount it on my passenger side of my front bumper.

if anyone also has some insight into if that mount their would be ok on the passenger side i would gladly love the help

at those prices i might as just well fab up my own kind.

don't most states require the plate be on a certain side of the front of the car if it not in the center?
