Part Number Request: Window Trim

Im talking about the black plastic piece that is under the window where the bottom on the window meets the door and is there a how to to take them off my drivers door one the foam or whatever it is ripped and is stays up and the rest of mine are just faded and it looks ghetto on a black car. Need all four of them. Thanks guys.
