The airbag cover isn't available by it's self, you have to buy the entire airbag.

Part #WX77XDVAB...MSRP $575.00

Now the good news...they are available in this country. 32 in the National PDC.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

haha, that sux! dang would have been a cool mod... only way im going to get one is if i blow out my air bag....hrmmm.
