i know its reallllllllly early for this post, but if any of yall west of me wanna stay here before heading out to carlisle, you're more than welcome to since i'm only about 3 hours away from carlisle, that way you dont have to drive for hours on end and be tired as hell when you get there... i already have a member or two that will likely be doing so, and we have plenty of extra sleeping space and spots in the driveway (we can park 12+ cars in the driveway if need be), a heated above ground pool to relax in, pool table, grille, etc :)

Actually, it was a few dollars cheaper. Rates are going up a couple of bucks for next year (found that out when I made my reservations).

well guys, looks like i'm taking care of all of the planning this year...

I'm gonna start calling hotels to get an early jump on things here in the next couple months, try to get a real good deal locked in for us

anyone have any ideas as to what we'de like to do friday night. last year we chilled at justin's, this year we went bowling (which i wouldnt mind doing again), but does anyone else have any ideas? I'm more than happy to try to find whatever everyone would be most agreed on doing. i'll start a new thread for this part.

We could maybe do a nice buffet dinner or something at the elks lodge it is just down the street from the bar/bowling alley

It is a bit far away but we could do a little karting down at speedway 94 or the place in hershey (never been there not sure what its like)

We could just hang around the hotel and watch people mostly Dave drink fun will happen :D

If the offer is staying at your place... I might do that.

I'm probably shipping my car to Ohio, visit the grandparents and make my way east from there, then head to Philly, see the other grandparents and ship my car home. I cannot afford the time off work that it would take to just drive there.... I'll carpool while Audry is in transit :) .... at least that is how I'm approaching this at the moment.

I heard Speedway 94 is awesome, but there is no way in hell that I will get on a go kart track with some of these guys.

Are there phone poles anywhere near the go-kart track? If not, I'm down!

Well, actually I don't know if it'll matter, I don't think I care much if I ruin a go-kart, I won't have to pay for it!

Thats what the parking lot is for. I am bringing my Pal Jack next year 5.50 for jack and coke is alright but for 30 or so I can drink more and not have to worry about tipping unless its me tipping over.

Beers in a bar are way too much. Thats why I only had a couple beers out this year.
