There is almost no neon parts there except for what other members bring. I know i will have some things. And i'm sure others will have something.

If you have been to the ford nationals there, then it's pretty much the same thing. except we will be attempting to move as a group. It's a blast. When you go to the ford nationals do you just go there by yourself or with other people?

I'm surprised there is no Neon support considering all the money dodgee invested in it over the years. Especially the SRT-4, which, although no one wants to admit it, made a name for the SRT badge.

As Scott has said, the swap meet doesn't really have too much in the way of parts for the Neon. Every now and then you may find some tail lights, a valve cover, but most stuff seems to come from Mancini Racing trying to get rid of whatever parts inventory they have.

I havne't been to the Ford show but I would imagine it's very very similar so same thing, just a bunch of Mopars instead.

Honestly, with the economy the way it is right now, and people's budgets being tight, I wonder if more people will be trying to unload stuff at Carlisle. Then again, with tight budgets, people may just skip Carlisle altogether. As said before, not too many Neon parts. Makes no difference to me since I'm usually looking for early 70's A-body parts .

Yes, there seems to be a dearth of Neon-related materials at Carlisle but, if you want to be totally surrounded by Mopar mania, it is the place to be. You'll have a good time.

It is definitely a great time! It looks like it's less than 2.5 hours for you. You should definitely go. I drive 7 hours just to go and there are others that drive much further than me. Just looking at pictures from past meets, you'll want to go.

Chryslers at Carlisle swapmeet has always been more oriented to the classic muscle car.Until rescently with the overwelming of late model cars at the event very few vendors are bringing parts for the late model vehicle. BUT, if you know how to look, you may find some very good deals since most of the vendors are making money on the muscle car parts, late model parts go cheap

Damn if i was single i'd be all over carlisle this year. it's 7 and half hours away from me. I got directions by car and walking haha. they said it should only take 5 and a half days walking. I think they definitely give me way too much credit. It'd take me more like a month to walk to carlisle from nh.
