2011 Carlisle Caravan - Ohio and West...

I've made this offer before and I make it again.

Anyone traveling to Carlisle from the west is more than welcome to stay here wednesday night to make their trip a little easier, instead of making the long trip all in 1 shot. Generally we leave here around noon Thursday to make it out to the hotel around 3-330.

You can wash and/or detail your car(s), swim in the pool, hang out, do whatever, it's all good...

it's a quiet area so there isnt a problem with being bothered by locals and such. Everyone and their cars are safe here, lol.

DO NOT use your GPS to get here or you WILL get lost. ALL GPS devices, with the exception of the software I have loaded on my CarPC will put you at the OTHER END of my road...just ask sidepipe87, lol.

Lolz, must be a PA thing. My GPS had 110 Limekiln at the wrong end of the road.

none the less, the offer is there for anyone that wants it........come in anytime wednesday, rest up, and cruise out with everyone from here...

we take our time on the trip out, we dont showboat, no racing, we stick a pretty strict speed of no more than 10mph over the limit (which is what state troopers will give you in PA), with stops along the way for fuel and/or food when needed... I will likely have some radio's people can take with them so we can all keep in touch easily as well.

if my turbo swap is done by carlisle, i'll need to stop along the way to refuel regardless of what i have left in the tank because i'll be running E85...there's a few stations on the turnpike that have it.

neon emt is not in service this year, the new emt is a big silver boat.

Change of plans guys, we're going to be leaving earlier than noon this year. Jason's going to be there not long after noon, so I want us to get there as soon as possible so Jason and I can hit up Sam's Club as early as possible so we can make sure we have all the food before too many people show up and get hungry, lol...

I wanna shoot for a 10AM departure.

08 was the only year i beat EVERYBODY to HW... i came by myself, made it to the hotel by 12-1230, and the canada/NY crew didnt get there till like 1-130
