2011 Carlisle Donations - Who's Bringing What?

Post by NiteHawk » Thu Jun 23, 2011 3:21 am

I decided to start this so we can all get an idea who's bringing what with them so we dont end up with a bunch of the same thing.... We all know Jason provides the pizza saturday night...but this might help people figure out what they can bring to help out the whole group...

1. Diablo0 - big grill to cook on, 2 6' tables, burgers, buns, hotdogs, condiments
2. NiteHawk - 2 20lb tanks for the grille, extra grill just in case w/ small tanks, burgers, buns, hotdogs, condiments
3. Midnight_Rider - Monetary donation
4. occasional demons - hot dogs
5. 07Ram15 - chips and rolls
6. Danteneon - drink cups, paper plates, and utensils
7. synviper - Pop, Bread, Beer
8. XxWhiteNeonxX - Folding Tables
9. Liz - Chips
10. speed127 - Potato Salad, Tent, Fruit Salad

If you'd like to donate something to help the cause, post up...

ok, to make a long story short, my dad owns a stoage facility and by law after about t6 months of the people not paying, and about 200 papers later, the unit is yours to sell to recoup whatever money they owe you ( rarely get your money back)

anyways, where i was going with this is i have a 6 stall garage filled with good shit that people have lost due to non payment.. If theres anything anybody can think of that we as a group may need, just post it here and i can see if i have whatever it may be.

I will try to get some hot dogs from the local butcher shop. They process Bison, etc, all natural stuff, no additives. Sadly, they don't have bison dogs available. The beef ones are still pretty damn good tho.

I would bring Bison steaks, but I have not hit the lottery yet...

If you can't get those dogs, check out the Oscar Meyer angus ones that say no nitrites or nitrates on the label.

Very good, and less crap than normal hot dogs

in my 3 years of coming to the show, having a few more "card tables" to sit at would be nice. we usually bring our own chairs so we're all good there.

Damn good idea...

Tho most old school card tables wouldn't fit in a neon... now those dinner tray type ones would.

I'll be bringing a bunch of solo cups. They come in handy. I'll also bring a big pack of plastic ware.

i was thinking smaller tables, mainly due to the fact of, how the hell are you going to transport a 10' table in a neon?

ill be there but gonna be in my bros srt acr instead of my blue r/t cause it is in need of some repairs. i usually am around the neon section for part of the day but usually spend most of it wondering around the flea market and gonna be lookin for parts for my barracuda. but I more than willing to bring a few things and meet some of yall in person. let me know what is needed and illpick it up a few days before.

I will have my tables with me as usual. They're both 6' foldable.

Anyone have a huge cooler? Bigger the better.

I have a big cooler. I can't remember the size (either 40 or 60 qt) but I can bring that.

*Edit*

I think it's the 60qt
