I can't check the pricing yet, but Motel6 is starting to look promising.

Only problem with the Motel 6 is we are concerned about the actual space to hang out.

I'm working on the hotel situation for next year. I'm going to call the person that we believe to be the owner of the HW today to see if I can get a definite on what is going on with the hotel.
