I am trying to get a total for the number of rooms that we actually had this year.

Please post up if you stayed at the HW and had a room to yourself or if you shared it with another member, and who that member was.

Off-topic but, depending on what the "official" hotel is next year, I'll be needing a room. Didn't know if you would want that for the count or not.

EDIT: I will need a room Thursday p.m. through Sunday (checkout Monday morning).

Me and the wife had a room...thurs-sun....but we started at the rideway due to my work discount... But if we go to a different location w will need a room

Also I have another couple that stayed at the rodeway that came down with us...they will need one as well

That's cause you weren't hanging with the cool kids. It was the topic of conversation all weekend. IIRC, Jason was told this by the hotel manager when he checked in.

Not me... I believe it was Chris (BlackRoseRacing) that was told.

Me and Canada asked the girl at the front desk on Saturday night if she knew anything about it and she didn't. Us saying something was the first she'd heard of it.

Oh and Me... Thursday through Monday.

I put in a couple calls and left a voicemail with the person we believe is the owner but I haven't heard back yet.

It would be nice to have a straight answer, and I would almost bet if the HW is coming down, so is the Rodeway.
