That for sale sign has been there.
If we won the lottery, I wouldn't recommend buying that hotel. I would tear it down and build a new one hahaha.

Those were my thoughts as I typed that. It would need to be at least two levels, so there would be a balcony to hang the pinata from. Garage bays underneath.
Being millionaires, we would not necessarily need to book it to the public, but could book it to other car forums. Naturally, they would be making "donations" to our forum.

^^My thoughts exactly- couldn't have said it better myself. After some of the rains we have had overnight during Carlisle weeks in the past, those garage bays would really come in handy and there would be no worries about possible vehicle vandalism.

Atleast the one I'm thinking about is where we park facing the highway. Many drunk members have leaned up against it to take a leak.

Well, after receiving the email from Carlisle Events about some cast members of Christine being there this year for autographs, I checked about a Blu-ray copy of the film and found that only 3K were made and they are going for around $150 online. I was really happy last year about being able to have Cindy Williams and Paul Le Mat sign my Blu-ray copy of American Graffitti and wanted to have some more for my autograph collection but no way am I going to shell out that much dough for one movie.

^^Yeah, I had thought about a DVD copy but I am trying to avoid buying any more DVD's since I got a Blu-ray player. I try to keep autographs in my collection to records (vinyl and CD's), books and Blu-rays. It's all good though- I'll just get autographs some other time.

You do know DVD's will play on the Blu-ray, don't you?
I have a BY, and still go with the cheaper option of DVD's. After all I do drive a neon.

Ah, so you are just a Blu-Ray snob.
I guess I'm just not impressed enough with the improved quality/more features to spend the extra. I only have two BR movies, because they were discounted to less than $10

I had held out on going with the Blu-ray format until The Monkee's film Head was released as part of a box set and only the BR had a 5.1 soundtrack (as opposed to mono on the DVD). This is my dream for someday when I have money:

I remember the school bought several of them with some grant money back in the 1990's. Some people thought they were going to revolutionize education.
I guess they were a big step up from reel-to-reel projectors and VCR's.......but they never caught on. I don't remember any teachers in our school ever using them. I think they're still sitting around on a shelf in some storage room collecting dust.
Oh yea, I'll be attending again this year if it ever warms up. It was supposed to frost here the last two nights. Too cold for sleeping in my car on the fairgrounds.
As usually, I'll register Thursday and then head north to Harry's U-Pull. Show up at the fairgrounds sometime on Friday.
