Now we can just wait and see who will have the more pony's and the better fuel efficiency. GM is already working on the Hybrid versions... Dodge and Ford will probably sweat over that.. LOL
Amazing what Google finds these days..

The "actual" picture of the Dodge was a proto. Its not exactly what it's gonna look like.

GM already sold a light hybrid truck on their last generation body style, they shit canned it because it didn't sell at all. IMO I thought it would have at least done a little better because when you weren't driving it you could run it as a generator to power your tools.

I think that cumins should sacrifice some hp and torque and make better fuel economy. with diesel near $4 and my dad getting less than 15mpg with his 99 ram it would be a great incentive to get 25mpg in a truck.

Besides if someone really wanted the torque a simple reflash of the pcm or a piggyback computer and they got an extra 60+ft lbs of torque.

The goal for Dodge is to have a V-6 and V-8 cummins that will go into half tons and other small SUV/trucks in their lineup. That's atleast what I read.

I really hope that happens, a diesel half ton with some power would be great.

Yeah I saw that, too... the headlights on the camo'd truck are more styled like the Charger.
