Actually all jokes aside ninja's would never bother with that stuff for the most part besides the advanced climbing techniques. If Ninjutsu was still actively used and not kept secret for 600+ years it would have looked no different than the techniques used by special forces and spies. Actually many ninja masters have held seminars for international special forces and even for the CIA.
