Yay new car! Ummmm....Prius?
I understand the gas price thing, but you should do what I'm doing and move 2 miles from your work
Did you get rid of the Neon?

At least its not a Yaris!
My GF really wants one of those. How do you like it so far? I'm skeptical about maintenance on them. It seems like with the new electrical charging systems, dealers are going to be your only option for repairs.
So now the Neon can get a 2.4 swap right?

Dude that is a tin can on batteries... I would have gone with a VW TDI... the new one is a 2.0L PD makes around 130hp and over 200tq... and with a chip you can be smokin the tires through the first three gears...
My friend has one chipped its a 1.9L and his pumps out around 150horse and close to 280tq... and he still gets 55mpg hwy and about 45city... and thats beating on it half the time... and he probably still paid what you paid for yours...

When you purchase a car instate here the dealer stocks tags. Insta-tags. My neon was purchased on 2/14/04, it had tags on it on 2/14/04.
This is my car.

Is this really my car: Yes
Do I still have the Neon: Yes
Is the Neon still my daily driver: No
The Prius is a work car. I drive it back and forth to the office and to all work related business. The Neon is mainly just a weekend car now. After today I have 850 miles on it. Tomorrow will put me over 1000. The seat could move back some more and that may pose a problem because of how long my legs are.

Also, I don't pay for ANYTHING associated with the Prius. The car cost, insurance, registration, maintenance, gas, etc, etc is all paid for by the company.

Can't argue with that

And great gas mileage....
but it's still a Prius. Sorry

I know, I was expecting a full size GM car, but the President of the company has a thing for hybrids.
The only thing that bugs me about the car is that I don't fit in the car very well. I sat in a Prius at the Baltimore Auto Show, the next monday I went to my supervisor and told him that I don't fit in a Prius. Then a couple weeks later they buy a brand new one for me.
I'll give the car a fair shot, but I have a feeling they are either going to need to get me a different car or modify the seat so my legs don't feel so cramped.

The free vagina wasn't optional due to the vehicle being a work vehicle, but they do require a repo of the penis.
