Thanks for all the comments everyone. To answer a few questions: Its pretty slow top speed wise, does about 45, maybe a hair more downhill. With wind or any type of hill, high 30's. With mods I can get it into the mid to upper 50's.

As far as mods go, the first thing I want is a cargo bin for under the seat. Bone stock there's not a single place to even store my phone and wallet or nothin. Sucks balls. Password JDM has a CF bin for $200 that's lookin pretty nice. I wanna do intake too, and possibly a mild/quiet exhaust. I'll keep you guys updated, of course. This thing is so fun its stupid. Awesome investment.

Bought it brand spakin new for just under 3K. Nope not the one on NCT, didnt see that one. Im gonna post a pic thread on there now that I think about it!

I'd love to get a small bike for riding to/from work (20/mile round trip) on mostly lightly traveled roads, and some city-type driving. My issue with them is top end (need at most 60mph) and initial cost ($3k=too much). I've kept my eyes open for a cheap bike, like a 100, 125, 185, 250, etc, but haven't really seen anything pop up in my area (haven't actively persued adds, etc). Probably will get something next spring though, if gas stays at it's current price level.

Apparently the price I got was a steal. I hear that Bay Area dealers are marking them up like $1000. I basically got mine at MSRP + tax +bs. I also didnt mention that i've had a deposit on this one for over a month, since the first one I looked at was sold the day after I went in to check it out. I was pissed! These are getting harder and harder to come by around here, everyone is snapping them up.
