That guy needs to be committed.
"Hey I just got a super sweet car."
"Cool take me for a spin"
"Can't have to clean it first, get back to me in 4 to 6 weeks"
"DO WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

I spent about 16 hours on my MS3 when I did the first Zaino treatment. I spend about 2hours a week cleaning it now.
and Vauxhall's are awesome. I wish I could get a VXR220 .

I think there's something wrong with that guy... I mean, I love a clean car, but c'mon... that's ridiculous. I'd hate to be someone doing work for him. Talk about anal.

I don't see anything wrong with it. I'm very anal about my car. I want something I spend money on to last. If its not perfect then why do it.

No doubt. However, I'll bet my car will last plenty long with the amount of attention to detail I currently give it, and I'm still able to have a life that doesn't revolve around my car 24/7

Imagine if that guy had a black one.........love the car BTW. Wonder if he'd come do my SRT-4? Its BAD right now, far too cold to hand wash it. Black F T L!!

I love having a black car. I get to wash it at least once a week and Zaino and all that stuff.. Which means I get away from the girl I live with and don't have to listen to her bitch

This guy is ridiculously anal! God forbid there be a slight scratch that I can't even see, or a small bubble from "paint gun spit" or two small spots that you wouldn't be able to see at all. Honestly, that guy is ridiculous. He would have rejected the car just because of that small scratch, that I honestly cant see, or that small paint bubble he magnified to x1000?

maybe he needs a girlfriend... I wonder wat he would do if someone keyed the car... I bet he freaks out wen he sees a leaf fall on the hood.

Holy cow! I'd hate to be the kid that that guy murders when someone knicks or dents his car! lol!

He says he washes it every other day. When does he find time to drive it then? Let alone do anything else, like work, or go out.

I wish I had the time/money/car worth doing all that cleaning too.
IMO, white never seems to look as good as say red when you spend that much time cleaning it.

HE WAXED HIS EIBACH SPRINGS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.
I'm sorry, but he is NOT right in the head. Washing and waxing your car to keep it nice is one thing. But he is out of his mind.

How about the engraved crystal box the wax he used came in?
It took me over 30 min just to get through the first page of that thread. Just insane

i dont think he is to anal at all.. that is how you take care of a car.. whenever i buy my first car brand new that is exactly how everything will be done...

Are you going to reject it if there's a small drop of "paint spit" on the roof that you can't see unless you use a microscope?

Well, I pretty much finished the thread.
Wow, his attention to detail is insane. I would say a bit anal at times. like the "paintgun spit". One thing though, the color white generally doesn't shine like many other colors. It seems like all that work he did would have yielded better results on a different colored car. Also, WTF 10,000 euro wax? That is half the price of his car.

well no i dont mean go as hardcore as he did.. to me if i understood correctly it is his job though.. doing this.. I just mean paying very close attention to detail.. if you notice how he did his audio and stuff.. nothing was done half ass.. everything was accounted for and done properly.. obviously i wont turn the car back in for something minute to me like that.. i just want to care for it like he does.. cleaning all the small spots and stuff.. I think it is very well worth it..

Cool.
Makes me want to wash and work on my car!

he's a tool.. I did my audio stuff, and everything in general clean, and the right way without being anal about it. There's a difference between the two and it's just a waste of time and money going as far as he has in my opinion. What happens when, god forbid, it rains or snows or something and he drives his car in it. He'll have to rip the suspension apart and clean it all with a tootpick and re-wax it all..

get a life!
MAYBE I could understand if he was getting paid to do this for some other anus' car but the fact is, he's not.

That guy is far from a tool, he is dedicated and I'm envious. I wish I had the time to do all of that to my car. After reading this last night I just spent several hours on the Charger today.

makes me feel I'm not taking care of my car enough
If it wasn't raining today I would of been washing, waxing, and detailing the Mazda.

lol totally with ya Ryan. I bet that guy can't keep a girl 'cause he's always whining about her car being a mess or something
