My gf's dad rebuild this 32 Chevy from the ground up, painted it himself and did all the research to make everything on it original from the day it left the factory.

The thing has been sitting for 14yrs with a car cover on it and boy does it still look amazing.

The reason for the unveiling is that he is going to update the 32 with some modern technology and turn it into a street rod. The plan is for front independent suspension w/power steering. The best part will be a small block ZZ4 engine custom build with radical cams and heads. He's looking to get 460hp out of the block. Thats some amazing numbers considering the car currently weighs 1400lbs!!!! The only body modification that he will make is larger tires.

i'm actually kinda bummed that he's gonna turn it into a street rod. If it was a rusty shell with a bunch of missing parts i'd see the point...but eh, it's his car and his vision.

Regardless, it's still an awesome car either way.
