Dude, that's Silent Library lol. They randomly pick a library in Tokyo and they try to do the stupidest crap. The whole idea is not to get kicked out of the library or bother anyone while they do their thing.

The last guy, Matsumoto, is such a wuss lol. He's a big comedian in Japan.
