I like people who BUY a 10 sec car and then brag about it. Thats like hiring someone to bang your wife and then bragging about the kid

Glasswars neon is actually my most influential car. He took a domestic 4 banger and finally thought outside the box with it. Because of his style, it gave me a kick in the ass to do what I want with my car as well.

That, and just about every VW car out there.
Outside the box? How exactly is trying his best to make a neon look like one of a million honda/VW tuner cars thinking outside the box?
Because I added the qualify word "domestic" in there. Outside if TiAL's and myztekals (sp on u/m) neon, in my forum life I've never seen someone implement that jdm/vw "i don't give two shits what you think" opion with a domestic car and make it look clean as shit.

Any domestic I tend to see has the same theme. It's old.
I feel you Josh. It's not being original in general, it's being original in your community. EVERYTHING has been done, but it's a matter of whether it's been done on a Neon yet. If it wasn't for financial commitments, I'd be with Anthony and those other guys paving the way as well. Instead, I stay ahead of the pack with unrealized ideas. Unfortunately, I usually don't get to apply them in time and someone else does it first. For now, all I can do is work with what I have. It's all part of the game.

Yeap. I was the first with loud colored rims on a cobalt as far as the forum community was concerned.

It's been done thousands of times on hondas over the years. However on a cobalt, it was new, different, fresh. Funny enough, 85% of people loved them, and a few are going to follow in my footsteps.

Was it original? No. Was it new to the cobalt scene? Yes. and I have Anothony to thank for that. :D

It sucks for me, because I had those ideas years ago, but never had the money or the means to accomplish them. I've changed my mind 100 times since then, but even to this day, almost four years later, I still haven't applied my plans. It's a blessing in disguise though, because if I'd done some of those things back then, they would be old news and phased out by now. So much has changed since I first dreamed of the Neon built with a JDM influence. These days I only want to use minimal JDM styling, but non of the over-the-top crap that makes a car scream JDM. It's taken all this planning and engineering to decide that keeping things bare bones and simple is ultimately the way to go for me. So in a way everything turned out good. Huge props to those of you who took it to the next level though; this community needed it.

The Acura is member on VIPstylecarsforum and the car is badass. He also has a 700hp LS6 RX7 that is getting a monster turbo.

I am a huge fan of monster Porsches, Mercedes-not reliable but real nice, VIP luxury sedans, old japanese sports cars. I like the undercover cars. Audi RS6 wagon, Mercedes E55 wagon, Mazda 323 GTX, BMW 850!!

I am not impressed with Ferrari, Lambo. To flashy I like a custom car that will blend in but if you stop and look at it you will notice it. It is hard to explain. I hate body kits and loud bright colors. That brown Jetta with the chrome hubcaps is insane but the white BMW with bright wheels is ugly
