My Roush Show Board Draft...thoughts?

Decided to mess around in Photoshop, then I figured, why not list my mods, and then I ended up making myself a draft of a show board (or whatever they are called) for my car.
Thoughts on it? I've never done anything like this before. "Constructive" criticism would be appreciated. Maybe a different category for the exhaust parts? The fonts on the left and right are different colors because the left was dark, therefore a white font with a black drop shadow to highlight it and opposite on the other side.

Isn't all the "Roush performance" stuff stock?

On my car, most of it is. I did add some though.

i think that was "constructive"

All the little lines coming off the text make it hard to read.

Text is hard to read, and the angle of the car is weird.
I would suggest, somewhere, to fade/blend the picture into a solid color where your could put text that could be easily read.

agreed on the picture. i hate those kind of angles.
The little lines make the white hard to read, the black isn't really too bad.
If most of the Roush stuff is stock, why list it as a mod? Being that it is a Roush mustang it's kind of a given.

Didn't "move on" to a Neon, lol. Still have the Mustang. Just had to buy a more easily fixable and more commuter-friendly car...again.
I can fix the background and such pretty easily as I saved the layered file. I was also thinking about fading it to a solid color, but decided to try and desaturated the upper area.
As for listing the Roush mods, I did it partly because every Roush car came with different options, and most of the people in the world have no idea what a Roush is, let alone being able to pronounce it correctly.
Will work on that stuff then, I just happened to be messing around with this picture when I did it.
Thanks guys!

Thanks j-king, lol.
Something like this a bit better? I rotated that image, used the clone tool in a few spots, then faded a black to transparent gradient across the picture.
Changed the font to one that wasn't as crazy as the other one. Just trying to use a font that sets it apart from the rest that use a basic Serif/Sans Serif font. I will probably switch it still as this one is all caps, smaller numbers and has no hyphens.
EDIT: New font

That is looking much much better. I especially like the last one. I'm gonna offer another suggestion just for your consideration.
* to the photo, show more of it... say up to where the sun in actually in it (though it doesn't need to show all of the sun).
* then maybe blend it to white and use black lettering.
Just something else to mess around with if you choose.
Again, looking good yo!

i kind of liked the full board being the picture, nice change on the foint though it was kinda hard to read. ps, you put an "f" in decklid

I'd take all the stock Roush stuff off, then see what's left. If it's minimal, maybe it's not quite ready for a
show board.

hansken - Appreciate the idea! Will have to work on it. Not goo enough with the clone tool yet to fill up that whole side up to the sun though. Might just need to take another picture later on.
Ntyvrius1 - Thanks for the grammar catch.
OB - I can and see what's left. I probably won't be getting this printed up professionally or anything anyways in the near future. I was just messing around in Photoshop. I got CS4 Extended so I had to use it, lol.

I like the second one the best since the font in the third one is too cartoony for me. Car is sick

Thanks you two. I will see if I can find a font like the second but with normal size numbers.
More pics? Can do in a bit.

Way to much Bleeding Cowboys in the first one. Try a nice, stylized font for headings and then a simpler, clearer font for each item. Also, up the size on your headings so they have some differentiation from the rest of the copy.

Hehe, was wondering if anyone knew that font

I will try heading font/sizing as well when I work on it again.
