I guess I missed out on an important post, but why the change? Nothing was really said in the original post on why you traded your car straight up. Was there something wrong with it?

Eh not really. I sought out a Civic when I was first car shopping, but couldn't swing it. This car is in better shape mechanically, needs little body work, and has less miles than the Neon. The dude who had it was a mechanic and gave me the run-through, then promptly bought an SRT front clip for the Peon. It was half impulse / half "better for the long run." The Neon was becoming an increasing money pit.

Ahhh gotcha. Your neonw as an auto correct? How does it feel to be in a manual car?

The Neon was a 5-speed. I've only ever driven manual cars. I wouldn't have gotten either of these cars if they were autos.
