Lack of power and sluggish could be a lot of things. Check for vacume leaks or the iac but strange sound from the tranny I've never had.

well... here's where i feel like a

i discovered it's an exhaust rattle

i'm gonna crawl underneath it this week and see if i can find it and see if i crushed the pipe somewhere when i had it off road this weekend. seems like the sluggishness is gone now, i replaced the alternator fuse, because when Autozone tested the CEL, it was showing a bad connection on the alternator, i had blown the alternator fuse when i bought the truck and the biggest fuse i could get to replace the 140amp fuse was a 100amp. i picked up the dealer-only 140amp yesterday and she runs fine now.
