So this past weekend was my best friend's sister's birthday, and she
asked me and my friend to make her wedding cake.. the cake took
3 days to make...
and the layers just keep going, and going, and going...
never got a final shot of the cake, but there were just a few yellow
roses added for decor. this cake was huge and im glad i escaped
before i was asked to help move the cake!!
the back door was open so turtle helped himself to some dog food...
who knows if thats healthy for the turtle? it couldnt be any worse
than the dog swallowing a soft ball..
also spent 4 hours today moving all my shit from the guest house to
the bedroom in the house house. my uncle lost his job and needed
some where to stay, so i was told that today was my deadline to move.
turns out he might not even be staying.. goodbye 4 hours of my life...

cool tortoise, pretty big one. Nice job on the cake too, especially doing it with a hand blender and not a mixer.

after tossing all the dirty dishes in the sink i ran away.. havent seen
anyone who was there since then lol. the bottom layer was so big
that we used cake pans that were semi circles so they could fit in the
oven. and for some reason only a 1/4 of the bottom layer was dark
chocolate, the rest was milk chocolate... lol

That's impressive. I stay far far away from the kitchen. For some reason it frustrates me. I don't even really like to grill.....and I think guys are supposed to like THAT. Oh well. Props to you for creating a wedding cake worthy of looking at
and eating.

if i could get myself a plane ticket + ride once i get there.
driving would be insanely expensive.. and does grilled cheese
sandwiches count? if not i'll bring some lunchables.

Haha, im sure you would get a ride if you flew out here.
As long as its real food, and good. I don't think anyone will care what it is haha

i wish i could take my car.. i'll check out plane tickets and event dates
and see what i can come up with. i'll see what all i can do about
food too. im gonna need a grill or at least a microwave since i doubt
they allow those on commercial air planes..
