I found this today. It would have made changing the ride height a lot quicker had I known this. Hopefully it will help those in the future. I would have added this to the sticky, but its locked.

Thanks we need that we are going to change my lower a arms to srt and replace axles so now we can set the height

really glad i looked at this..i just bought my first set of coilovers (BC) and i was wondering how to set and adjust them!
