Front Speakers Tore Window Tint. What now?

When I bought my 2003 R/T, the previous owner had already tinted the windows and put Kamichi speakers in the font doors. Unfortunately, the speakers are a bit too deep and this caused them to tear the window tint on both the driver and passenger side doors. Also, when you roll the window down you can feel the window hit the speaker before going past it.
I would like to re-tint my windows, but need to ensure the speakers will not ruin the new tint. Does anybody have any ideas? It seems like I would need some sort of spacer rings. Can someone point me to the right place to get these? I'm hoping to put in something that won't require any custom fiberglassing or any hassles like that.

aka washers.
might end up pushing the speaker out TOO much and you wont be able to slap the panel on the door..

I was thinking something more along the lines of these:

They should... i know on my 01 MS i got 2 new front speakers and the had to put spacers in or it would have done the same thing. I would maybe goto a bestbuy and ask them a few questions and see what they think.

if you wanna get gettofabulous..........diamiter of speaker, measure and make your own speaker rings out of mdf.........ooooooooo 3/4 should be good.........paint black, vinyl, etc, and put on. with a little work that is. Or option number 2, ...........go down to a 5 1/4 speaker.

My suggestion pull the speakers out sell them and replace them with the correct ones. Or Pull door panels and make fiberglass panels and mount them that way. But i would go with the first option if it is not a show car.

They're probably a little large and over-the-top but here's an option.
