just rip your door apart to get at the speaker
run th wires from the radio up under the dash somewhere and then run them through the plastic piece between the door jamb .. youll have to be creative with that since its a solid piece that all the wiring plugs into on one side then out the other side..
depending if you have any power options or not the only thing plugged in there might be the door speakers.. which was the case for me since i got no power options.. so i just cut out a big ass hole in the plastic piece to run my power door lock cables through
in the case of speaker wires a nice speedy drill bit would do just fine

again, where are you running them from? Where is the head unit, or are you using the computer? If the computer, and the output from the comp is in the glove box like the components in your pics, you should be able to run them from the speaker thru the door jamb, and thru the bottom of the dash, behind the computer, and into the glove box from the back.
