What kind of amp would unleash the potential of 6x9 alpine type-r's in the back (275w, RMS 55w) and Sony xplods in the front (280w, RMS 65w allegedly)? I dont plan on putting a sub in the trunk netime soon, so I want to power the speakers with an amp, but I dont wanna fuck shit up...I'm not very stereo savy.... :banghead:

if you just want sound, do what he said. But there's all sorts of options, like crossovers, you could be a 5 channel amp and add a sub later, and only run one amp, soooooooooo many choices. And like I tell everyone, you get what you pay for.

let me start by saying i have no idea who the seller is or anything even associated with him, but this is one kick ass amp.

i have one sitting here waiting for spring to arrive. it is more power than you need as the amp is actually vastly under rated, but if you decide to change speakers down the line you have more room to work with.

I will say, even through that brand is soooooooooooo old school, the specs do look decent for the price.
