Take off the Switch panel off the door. Theres a screw in the Handle and another where you grab on to to close the door and one above the speaker. Then you jus need to pull the panel off. Undo the linkage from for the door lock and door handle. Unscrew the speaker from the door itself. The speaker is mounted on a round black thing. Unscrew it from there. If the speakers you have are 6 3/4 then your guna have to make new hole on the black part. then just repeat the process back wards. if you need pics il go out and do it real fast

The outside screws hold the speaker to the door

The stock speakers were attatched to the black part here.

And these are the holes i drilled on the black piece

Very easy. I just pulled mine off for the hell of it. There was a water shield in the way so I just cut it off and left it off. Eventually I'm going to sand the rest of the adhesive off of the door so there isn't a line of sticky shit around my door. The hardest part was disconnecting the door linkage. The top one just pops up and out, the bottom one you can turn the piece of plastic and slide the metal pole out from under it.

Yeah there's that, too. I almost forgot about it last night when I took my panel off at midnight to show my friend. Also, jetas, is that a stock interior? I mean, besides the handles and function panel. I really like that off-tan color, and it especially goes well with the silver/blue.

If you don't have the luxury of power windows, there is a clip that can be a pain to remove and then not send into orbit on the window crank. There is a tool for it, but a rag can be slid behind the crank, and worked around in a "U" to remove the clip. Still a PITA till you get the hang of it.

Oh yeah I forgot about those. I'm going to take my rear interior door panels off tonight. Is there a trick to it, or just basically imitate what the guy in the picture of the manual is doing?

Would that be the FSM where they show the tool?

you can get it at any auto parts store. just tell them yo need the tool to remove the window crank. looks like a flattened out wrench sorta.
