I would like to think my system hits preety hard. When i pull up to redlights and public area's ill turn it down so ppl next to me cant hear it. If im cruising down the highway ill have it wherever i want to be at. However if i pull up to a redlight and some assjack next to me has they'res on way the hell up, then ill do the same. Thats just me tho.

I'm trying to figure out what level you guys think is loud. Even with my system cranked I can't hear it too much out of the car except for when I Crank the sub but that's not too often I like my music balanced. I used to crank it all the time when I Was younger but I must be getting old or something cause I don't do it anymore.

At lights I don't turn it down. No need. Only way you would hear it is if I had my windows down. In my opinion if you rely on what you hear to keep you from getting hit and or knowing emergency vehicles are behind you then you are not paying attention. Drive thru and the like yes I turn it down. Every once in a while I will really get into the music and forget though.

I usually live on military installations so having the music up when going through the neighborhood is a bad idea might find yourself standing in front of the 1SG the next day.
