might switch out my audio stuff -- any problems with this?

so i might get some new stuff.. maybe.. not yet sure what i'm going to do.. but preemptively ive picked out this stuff ..
i'm fairly certain that there arent any configuration problems with the specs.. but can you pros double check for me..
also any opinions or thoughts about this stuff or changes i should make
first, new head unit
Pioneer DEH-P4000UB

not really sure if i like it or not.. i actually want the buttons on the face to get the preset radio stations.. and some reviews said the multi function button/wheel sucks... but the only other units i would consider were some of the kenwood ones, but i didnt like the wireless remote they had... so i guess its this one---
i did like the cheap JVC units with built in HD radio but they all had a few reviews each about problems with the cd player.. and also problems with the HD radio itself.. so i skipped those.. guess if i want HD it will cost me

rear deck speakers 110w RMS 4 ohm
Infinity Kappa 692.7i

amp for the rear speakers 100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms
Profile AP600

and maybe down the line, or maybe not, changing out my sub and amp to these:
Infinity Reference 1050w 10" 4-ohm 250W RMS
http://www.crutchfield.com/S-MZwiLQPRAI ... &s=0&cc=01
Profile AP1000M 310 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms

so a couple of the obvious, repetitive questions... since recently there was discussion about overpowering/underpowering subs / speakers .. is the 100w RMS amp a good match for the 110w RMS rear speakers, or should i find something higher and push the speakers at 150w RMS or something like that? would they handle it ok?
and similarly, is the 310w RMS amp ok for the 250w RMS sub? thats 60w over.. too much?
any suggestions on other hardware? i chose these items based on their specs, general overview of the reviews, and price point.. so i'd want to stay in that price range.. also i do like crutchfield... ive bought from them over the years for all my cars so unless there is a compelling reason to buy elsewhere id like to buy from them now also..
not sure if there were any other questions floating around in my mind, im kinda tired right now.
