How did you test the blower motor? Was it getting power? If so, the resistor wouldn't be bad. If power is going to the motor and it doesn't work, the motor is bad. If it is getting power, is power going to the resistor? If not keep going upstream till you find the culprit.

The last thing you want to do is keep throwing parts at it. That gets expensive

If I get a chance tonight I'll try to scan the e diagram for it.

ok heres what i did in order-
1) checked all fuses (cabin and under hood)
2) checked Blower motor( hooked it up to 12 volt supply)
3) replaced Resistor
4) still no heat!

Hmmm, let's back up a bit.

When you say you have no heat, do you mean the blower works but it doesn't blow warm?

When you gave the blower motor 12 volts, did it blow? And if so was the air warm? If not, was the car to operating temperature?

I'm trying to find out if this is just a no blower problem or a no heat problem.

Did the above flow chart make sense to you?

ok Basically when i bought the car 2 weeks ago the entire ac/heat system worked flawless... then one day it stopped working( no heat no air no matter how i set it it wouldnt work. so i checked the blower, it worked fine( still works fine) replaced the resistor. and now im thinking its the actual controls. because if checked all the fuses.

When you say it worked fine and still works fine, do you mean when you put power to it yourself only?

It does. So now you have to follow the flow chart to find out what component is bad. I would be very surprised if the control head was bad.

Fuse #6, #7, and #8 all get power from the same wire. A22 12 BK/OR Connecter C1, position 8 from the run positon on the ignition switch. Should be a 12 gauge black w/orange tracer. If you have power to 7 and 8, there may be something defective in the #6 fuse connection.
Edit:
You have yahoo mail.
