will hid's work in a stock headlight or a depo raccoon headlight? i know the light wont be as focused, or have a clean cutoff line, but will it work? and how do the low vs. high beams work with projectors?

They wouldn't work as well in halogen housings. I personally wouldn't install them in the halogen housings because by me the local police/ state troopers are pulling over all the illegally hid modified cars and the easiest ones to spot are the people with the halogen housings, they scatter the light instead of aiming it in one constant direction.

To answer your question yes they would bolt in 9007 bulb, Bixenon hid kit, 9007 xenon kit if you don't want high beams.
