How to program remote

Post by speedballer4life » Tue Mar 03, 2009 1:12 pm

My unlock button no longer works on my remote.
Lock, trunk and alarm still work just no unlock.
I can get a new one cheap through my work but i was wondering if it is possible to program the remote myself.
I don't have an owners manual or access to a scan tool or anything

turn the key to run, hold unlock for 4-10 seconds, then press panic. You will be in the program remote mode (i don't know the technical name for it) press a button on every remote you want to use, then turn the key back.

There was a point a while ago that i signed on at work and made the mistake of leaving the screen up while i went and picked up a car, while i was gone a guy i work with posted a bunch of stuff talkin crap. I apologized to everyone that was posted on and i though the mods had deleted the stuff. I guess this is just more aftermath of that, and in that case I owe you an apology as well.
