This has been bugging me for a while. I know where everyone else's are, but for some reason I don't seem to have any. I have a 2000 plymouth neon. My sister has a 2000 dodge neon and she has them. For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, it's the wire screwed to the front beam between the corners of the radiator and the headlights. Here's a picture where you can see the drivers side ground right near the bottom. The picture belongs to 2005.Neon.SXT (if he is opposed to me using it I will gladly remove it).
Is there anyone else who doesn't have these? Could someone tell me where they go, so I could see if they're just hanging out in the middle of nowhere? Thanks!

On the driver's side, it is doubles as the ground for the ECU. There will be an identical ground on the passenger's side for the other headlight.

I know where they should be, the picture is for the people who don't. It's not my picture, because I can't find mine.

Sorry man, kinda tired.
Well if worst comes to worst, I suppose you could trace them manually through the wire loom. Its kinda strange that you don't have them though. I wonder if your wiring is similar to the 1gns.

If your headlights are working, then they are grounded somewhere, not just hanging loose. Both filaments use the same ground path, so there isn't any way for them to ground through the other filament. The horn also uses the same ground point on the right side. (G102 left and G103 right) Both as shown in the pic. Possibly someone relocated them.
OK, nevermind that '01 - up stuff. The '00 FSM shows the ground points not on the upper crossbar. They are on the sides of the inner fender area. Where the A/C dessicant bottle is if you have A/C. Basically right behind the headlampassy on the side.

Ok, thanks, I'll check there. I've been going around cleaning the paint out from under the ground terminals for a better ground, but I got stuck at these. It must only be some '00s that are this way. Even mine has the screw holes screw holes on the upper crossbar though.
